SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME

DELIVERY TIMES

When ordering, make sure to select the correct model and color, as we cannot modify your orders. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.

All items are subject to a handling period before shipment. Most of our items leave the warehouse within 48 business hours after payment.

Delivery times: Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 days. Delivery typically takes 6 to 10 business days after an item is shipped.

In rare cases, international delivery may take up to 4 weeks. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that carriers may encounter. In most cases, orders arrive before the specified deadline. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, so Qaviva does not guarantee delivery dates.

Please ensure that all delivery information is correct. In case of incorrect and/or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may result in delays in the delivery of your order. Delays can also occur due to customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to deliver your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered either by the local post office or by a local courier. Depending on your region, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notification card may be left by the postal service advising on how and where your delivery can be collected.

No re-shipping arrangements will be made if parcels are returned due to incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability.

I ordered multiple items, but only part of my order has arrived. Why?

We do our best to reduce costs on your end so that you do not have to pay high taxes on your items.

We have a wide assortment of products, and we supply them worldwide to get the best quality at the best price.

For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages at no additional shipping cost. You may receive multiple packages on different days. Keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

Import taxes, VAT fees, and customs duties may be levied once the package arrives in the destination country. These fees are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Qaviva. For more details on fees, please contact your local customs office.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in euros, meaning you may be required to pay duties and taxes (VAT) once you receive your order.

Import taxes, customs duties, and VAT fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by Qaviva.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs service of your country. For more details on fees, please contact your local customs office.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for items subject to restriction, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are not accepted in the specific country.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

If your credit card account is in a currency other than the US dollar, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than the one indicated on our website. You may also be subject to foreign transaction fees. These fees are determined by the pricing and transaction fee policies of your bank. We are not responsible for the exchange rate fees that your bank or credit card issuer may charge you. For more details on foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Is there a tracking number?

Order tracking information is available upon request and is normally available in the system after about 7 to 10 business days of shipping. Send an email to qaviva.contact@gmail.com and mention your order number + shipping address so that our customer service team can assist you.

To ensure that you receive the item on time, please provide us with your complete address, including city, state, and region, if applicable.

As the recipient, it will be your responsibility to track your order and submit the necessary requirements to customs or the courier service if the order has been labeled as returned to the sender or unsuccessful delivery because the recipient could not ensure tracking or submit the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are unable to process any refunds or replacements for free, and you may need to place the order again.

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATIONS

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, your shipment may take longer than usual. We do everything we can to do our best and go faster.

We know it can be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the last thing we want to do is compromise the quality of our products. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY:

Principle Up to 14 days after receiving your items, you can request a refund upon simple request by email to: qaviva.contact@gmail.com using the withdrawal form example below + proof of postage from the Post Office + photo/video of the item in question. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.

Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Upon receiving confirmation of the receipt of the package, we will make a full refund VIA the payment method used previously, within a period of 15 business days.

Return costs are at your expense. Caution:

Products must be returned in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, hygienic protection, etc.) to allow resale by the Company. In the event of receiving products that are open, used, incomplete, damaged, or soiled, the Company will not proceed with any refund and may even, if deemed necessary and appropriate, hold the Customer responsible for the depreciation of the Product.

In some exceptional cases, Qaviva may reserve the right to refuse the total, partial refund, or exchange of the item without prior notice.

7.2 Exclusions

In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following contracts:

  • Supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period;
  • Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
  • Supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
  • Supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
  • Supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose agreed value at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the control of the professional;
  • Emergency maintenance or repair work to be carried out at the consumer's home and expressly requested by him, within the limit of spare parts and strictly necessary work to respond to the emergency;
  • Supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;
  • Supply of a newspaper, periodical, or magazine, except for contracts for subscriptions to these publications;
  • Concluded in a public auction;
